Q. If I have 3 copies of Pongo - Determined Father in play, how many times can I use his Twilight Bark ability?
A. 3 times. You can use the Twilight Bark ability of each copy of Pongo - Determined Father. Note that if you return a Pongo to your hand and then play it again, you can use his Twilight Bark ability again.
